BPX Logistics is seeking a Solutions Architect to design transportation and warehousing programs for new and existing clients. You will translate operational requirements into structured solutions, including lane strategy, operating procedures, implementation plans, and visibility expectations. This role is available as full-time or part-time and is fully remote, with periodic customer-facing meetings during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution discovery for prospective and expanding clients, including requirements, constraints, and service levels
- Develop lane strategies and network recommendations balancing cost, service, and operational feasibility
- Create implementation plans including SOPs, escalation paths, governance cadence, and KPI definitions
- Produce proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations with clear scope, assumptions, and deliverables
- Partner with operations and technology teams to define integrations, reporting, and visibility requirements
- Support handoff from sales to onboarding by aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and execution approach
- Maintain and improve solution playbooks by freight profile and industry segment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through KPI reviews and root-cause analysis
Requirements
- 6+ years in 3PL solutions design, transportation and warehousing operations leadership, or supply chain consulting
- Strong understanding of transportation management, warehouse workflows, and freight forwarding coordination
- Experience designing multi-modal programs (FTL, LTL, intermodal, expedited; air/ocean coordination a plus)
- Ability to build pricing models, cost-to-serve analyses, and implementation plans
- Proven experience producing RFP responses, proposals, and solution presentations for senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Tableau/Power BI a plus)
- Experience with TMS/WMS platforms and integration requirements (EDI/API visibility a plus)
- Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and written communication skills in a remote environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
