BPX Logistics is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with shipment status, documentation requests, and issue resolution. You will work closely with operations and account teams to provide timely updates and coordinate next steps during freight exceptions. This role is available as full-time or part-time and is fully remote, with scheduled coverage and a rotating escalation schedule for time-sensitive shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to shipment status and service requests
  • Provide proactive updates on delays, exceptions, and recovery plans using clear and accurate information
  • Document all interactions in the CRM, including timelines, actions taken, and next steps
  • Coordinate with operations and carriers to resolve shipment issues and confirm outcomes
  • Escalate high-impact issues according to SOPs and ensure resolution through closure
  • Assist with documentation requests (PODs, BOLs) and support claims initiation and status tracking
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base updates and standardized support procedures
  • Identify recurring issues and report patterns to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer support experience (logistics or transportation experience preferred)
  • Strong written communication and professional phone support skills
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive issues calmly and effectively
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Ability to learn shipment tracking tools and TMS workflows (training provided)
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent documentation habits
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
  • Availability for scheduled shifts and rotating after-hours escalation coverage as needed
  • Authorized to work in the United States
